Our Mission Statement:

“To effectively lead and guide the private sector in the development of the Vanuatu economy.”

The Vanuatu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) was formed in compliance with "Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vanuatu Act" in 1995 to represent members of the private sector and provide support to growing businesses in Vanuatu.

The Act allowed for the establishment of local Chambers in the provinces of Sanma, Torba, Penama, Malampa, Shefa and Tafea, and a capital chamber in Port Vila, to encourage continued economic growth for the entire country.

Persons holding a valid business license in Vanuatu, automatically receive membership to VCCI through payment of annual fees to the Government. As such, VCCI has over 5000 members throughout Vanuatu and is uniquely placed as a significant lobbying power, acting to promote the interests of the private sector to local and national governments as well as a number of key regional, national and international organisations.

VCCI also supports its members through a range of services such as;
